Last updated: June 12, 2026

Free Trial

All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. During the trial, you have full access to all features of your chosen plan. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within a billing period.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your first payment (after the trial), we will issue a full refund upon request.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your annual billing period.

If you cancel within 14 days of your annual payment, we will issue a pro-rated refund for the unused months remaining, minus a $10 processing fee.

After 14 days, no refunds are available for annual subscriptions, but you will retain access for the remainder of your paid period.

Access Codes

Access provided through institutional or invitation codes is free of charge and is not subject to refunds. Access may be revoked by the issuing administrator at any time.

Service Issues

If you experience significant service downtime or technical issues that prevent you from using the Service for an extended period (more than 3 consecutive days), please contact us for a credit or refund consideration. We handle these on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@journalready.ai with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
